“NEGATIVE EMOTION”

IS A GIFT MISUNDERSTOOD BY CONVENTIONAL THINKING

There is an astonishingly functional relationship that exists between Logic (IQ), Emotion (EQ) and Intuition (SQ) that is rarely understood.

When applied it enables exceptionally rapid changes in thinking and behaviour

All my methods, and tools are built using this relationship in order to resolve issues of low productivity, lack of innovation and pressures on mental wellbeing

  • In such instances there is a greater need to obtain frequent feedback from employees

  • Limiting beliefs learned in early childhood cause lack of confidence and fear of change

  • Unhappiness and low personal resilience can be directly attributed to a failure to understand how inherited limiting beliefs can be mitigated and actually eliminated

  • Negative subcultures exist involving personal judgements, misunderstandings and lack of compassion, and go unresolved

  • Personal calm is self-sabotaged due to misconceived conventional ideas, especially in respect to one’s reactions, judgements and unconscious behaviour

  • The important constructive natural function negative emotion fulfils is not understood

  • Mental wellbeing suffers in the absence of a support system within teams at all levels

Emotional over-ride happens unconsciously!

It adversely affects one’s health, working relationships, productivity & causes absence from work.

Simple techniques are learned that enable negative emotion to be released consciously very quickly, often within minutes

  • the techniques can easily be shared with others for their benefit

  • once negative emotion is dissipated, a counter-intuitive approach is used to logically discover positive interpretations of events

  • Unlike many stress management processes that address the symptoms, I focus on eliminating the fundamental causes

  • In addition, there are two game-based tools I use that are designed to expose unacknowledged issues in a non-threatening environment, which may then be resolved

  • I provide logical explanation of, and demonstrate key counter-intuitive facts that when understood are material in reducing stress and anxiety

  • individuals begin to see why negative emotion is a natural gift that enables unconscious limiting beliefs to be identified

  • once identified limiting beliefs can then be scrutinised, minimising their impact and even eliminated

  • responsibility for one’s own behaviour improves
