Order processing

Orders received before 10 am GMT will usually be processed that day. Orders received after 10 am will usually be processed the following day. We aim to send products out within two days of receipt of order. (In the case of downloads the link will be made available straight away).

Your Payment:

Transactions are made through Pay Pal.

You must ensure we are provided with details of a valid credit or debit card bearing either the MasterCard, Visa, Delta or Switch symbol. You undertake to immediately inform us of any changes to your card details, whatever they are.

Your credit card and payment details will be held on our system; we do our absolute best to ensure the security of these details, but this cannot be guaranteed. Your card will automatically be charged for the goods at the time of placing an order.

Prices

Value Added Tax is not applicable

You will be able to see your final price after you have completed your order information (including your delivery address) but before you confirm your order.

Products sent outside the EU may be subject to customs tax in the country of destination. The recipient is responsible for any such tax that may be due.

Shipping Costs

Returns Policy

You may return an item within 30 days of the date of delivery and, if it is received from you in a good condition, you will be provided with a full refund of the cost. This warranty does not apply to the training User Manual which is available as a downloadable product.
