So many of our beliefs inherited in childhood are based on inaccurate facts and incorrect assumptions yet they form the very foundations of how we think, and are then amplified and further elaborated to cause us to live much of our life ‘By default.’

This seven-session series is designed to help you create lasting mindset shifts with the consistent support and practical tools you need to make real change stick.

  • Each session builds on the one before it, giving you a step-by-step path to progress and clarity.

  • To get the full benefit, you’ll need to attend Session 1 and/or Session 2, that’s where we lay the foundations for everything that follows.

  • If those sessions don’t feel right for you, there’s no pressure to continue.

  • Pay weekly up to Session 3, when a final payment of £100 secures your place for the rest of the program.

  • The format is interactive and conversation-based, keeping every session focused on the real challenges you face, not generic advice.

  • With only 36 spaces available, you’ll get personal attention, accountability, and a supportive group atmosphere to keep you moving forward.
