Our Approach

We have developed a very practical approach that enables people to adjust their behaviour, change their attitudes and be more productive. Our approach focuses on three areas:

Engaging "Natural Intelligence" [NI]

The processes, tools and techniques we use engage individual "natural intelligence" (NI), namely logic or rational intelligence (IQ), emotion intelligence (EQ) and intuitive or spiritual intelligence (SQ). There is an important and dynamic relationship between these three elements, which when understood is highly effective in increasing performance and profitability.

Theory in Action

After each short introduction to any of the principles that underpin the application of Natural Intelligence [NI], we repeatedly test the theory in action and expect validation through individual and group observation and feedback

Hidden issues

We uncover, quickly and easily, the deeper causes to problems and the hidden issues that impede efficient working. Once exposed and acknowledged, we then assist individuals and groups in managing these issues and in turning them into unexpected opportunities.
