SenseAble Approach

Measuring Sustained Added Value

We insist that any intervention on our part must be measured against parameters pre-determined by the client.

Logical Intelligence (IQ)

Logic or Rational Intelligence (IQ), Emotion Intelligence (EQ) and Intuitive or Spiritual Intelligence (SQ) are all natural facilities. They are commonly available, but uncommonly understood and seldom utilised consciously.

Logic is affected by an individual’s beliefs. The majority of  these beliefs are formed in the past, at times and in circumstances that bear little or no resemblance to today’s fast moving, interdependent business world. Our tools and techniques act as a catalyst for people to modernise their beliefs and to expand their understanding and knowledge of what really is possible.

Emotional Intelligence (EQ)

Emotional Intelligence can be defined as the awareness of, and ability to manage one’s emotions in a productive way. It is essential in the process of good decision making, especially as the full facts are never available. In addition it is fundamental in understanding and discerning underlying beliefs, and in effective communication.

Spiritual Intelligence (SQ)

Intuitive or spiritual intelligence is something almost everyone has experienced and includes our abilities to sense and to make inspired discoveries. Once such discoveries are acknowledged, they can then be explained using logic. Historically, the most profound scientific advances have been achieved through intuition. We explain how these natural abilities may be developed and then used to an extraordinary degree.

The Impact

There is a functional and dynamic relationship, which we explain, between IQ, EQ, and SQ. It is in understanding this relationship and then applying that knowledge that the greatest impact is achieved. Use this link to see a sample of results SenseAble Solutions have facilitated in 15 to 45 minutes.

There are always three aspects to our approach, in our coaching, our training and our facilitation:

  1. Explanation: what we do will be very new to most people. It is, therefore, extremely important that the techniques stand up to logical scrutiny and are introduced in a meaningful fashion.
  2. Experimentation: Individuals experiment using the techniques learned, and review them in relation to their personal experiences and issues from current work situations.
  3. Application: Learning is applied immediately in the workplace and supported and reviewed in an ongoing fashion.

Changes in behaviour and beliefs require reprogramming of brain neural pathways which requires repetition, reinforcement and encouragement. Successful programmes require commitment.
